Online dentist appointments

Patients book from the practice’s public page. Reception sees the same calendar.

Online dentist appointments cut routine phone calls. In dentapus the practice appears in the public directory. The patient opens the page, sees available times and books when you have online booking on.

The appointment lands in the same calendar reception uses. Day, week and month views, drag-and-drop and Google Calendar sync are supported.

Email reminders and, when configured, SMS reduce empty slots. The recall can be booked before the patient leaves the chair.

City directory pages are built for searches such as “dentist [city] book appointment”. More practices in the same city bring more patients without a second ad campaign.

Booking without a second calendar

  • A public clinic directory with a page per city.
  • Online booking when the practice turns it on.
  • Team calendar and Google Calendar.
  • Appointment and recall reminders.

Frequently asked questions

Does the patient need an app?

No. They book from the practice’s public page in the browser. The app is for the team.

Can I turn online booking off?

Yes. You enable it per practice. Without it, the directory still shows details and reception books as before.
