Dental software with myDATA

Collection does not live in a second programme. The document goes to AADE from the payment when credentials are set.

For a practice in Greece, myDATA is not an optional extra. It is part of daily collection. In dentapus invoicing is tied to the patient payment so the document is not retyped in another tool.

When you have AADE credentials and have entered them in clinic settings, submission happens from payments. You can keep separate billing entities per VAT number if you run more than one site.

The treatment plan and price list supply the procedure lines. The payment closes the amount. myDATA sends the document. Reception does not copy names and fees from the odontogram into a billing programme.

The demo shows this flow: work on the chart, payment and submission, so you see what is needed before live documents.

Invoicing without a second programme

  • Payments linked to the chart and the treatment plan.
  • myDATA document submission from payments.
  • Separate billing entities per VAT number.
  • Finances and outstanding balances on the same platform.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need AADE credentials?

Yes, to send to myDATA. You enter them in clinic settings. Without them the platform still runs charts and appointments, but it does not submit documents.

Does it replace the accountant?

No. It sends documents to AADE from payments. Your accountant remains responsible for the official books.
